These provisional terms describe the current Chemlon storefront frontend. They do not replace the finalized terms that will apply when live commerce and customer-account services launch.

Product descriptions, imagery, sizing and availability currently demonstrate the intended storefront experience. Final product information will be confirmed through the connected catalogue before orders are accepted.

Prices displayed in the current frontend are presentation data. Final pricing, taxes, duties and available payment options will be shown through the live store and checkout configuration.

The current frontend does not create binding orders or accept payment. Order acceptance, confirmation, amendment and cancellation terms will be established with the final commerce system.

Custom-sized products may be subject to different cancellation or return conditions once the final store policy is established. Measurements should be checked carefully before a future order is submitted; no tailoring guarantee is made by the current frontend.

Delivery availability, rates and estimates will depend on the destination and final checkout configuration. See the current Shipping guidance without treating it as a delivery guarantee.

Return eligibility, process and refund handling will follow the finalized store policy. The Returns page currently provides general frontend guidance only.

Storefront text, imagery, branding and design may not be copied or used in a way that infringes the rights of their respective owners. Final production terms should identify the appropriate rights holder after legal review.

The storefront should be used lawfully and without attempts to disrupt, misuse or interfere with its operation. Features may change while the frontend and connected services are being developed.

These provisional terms will be revised when the production catalogue, checkout, customer accounts and final business policies are confirmed.
